RETURN POLICY
All Vintage items are final sale — no refunds or exchanges. Please check all measurements carefully and feel free to ask us for any further information before purchase. Any flaws are noted in the item description. Email us at info@funkanova.ninja with any questions.
All Collection items may be returned for store credit only — no refunds — and must be received by us within 7 days of customer’s receipt, shipped and fully insured at the expense of customer. Items must be in original unworn condition and free of any odors. Due to the special nature of these one-of-a-kind items, we ask you to please shop with care and contact us with any questions to avoid returns as much as possible.
SHIPPING
We offer free domestic shipping by USPS Priority Mail or FedEx Ground. Expedited shipping and insurance are at the customer’s expense. Signature will be required for all packages valued over $500.
International shipping is available via FedEx and all service options will appear in menu. All overseas shipments will be marked with full declared value and customer is responsible for any taxes or duties.
Items will be shipped within 1–3 business days of purchase. Any expedited orders must be placed before 12 noon EST in order to be shipped the same day.
Funkanova is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages.
